Issues: 

Conduct tailgating on rides, if your ging to pass then pass, common sense.

Recovery program: guidelines on the website, if you want to claim you need an invoice

Conduct at meetings, shambles, side conversations, laughing etc, keep the side chatter for appropriate times, not meeting

Last meeting, eftpos machine, Rob has looked into it, 1.6%, cost to be added to the transaction, you can use bank transfer to avoid paying this fee. Passed unanimously, Rob H to organise. Can be used with an iphone is a very convenient.

First Aid: First aid kit and defib to be carried on all club rides, protocol to be released on picking up if you are the carrying member.

First aid course to be run June or July, $1900 for first 15 and $90 for each member after that. Club will pay most of the cost.   Preference to be given to active club members.  There is plenty of interest in doing the course among club members.

Last minute ride changes, please put these cjanges on emeial and all members encouraged to check emails before departure.

Rob Hanna: Members 157 members, Josies Barrett has become a member at no cost in order to keep Rod’s car registered.  Josie is slowly working through Rod’s affairs. Finding it very difficult. If you’ve had experience with registering historic vehicles chat with Rod.
